Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. Attendance is limited, and all applications are reviewed to curate the overall event experience.

Empire Scottsdale evaluates applicants based on neutral, event-related criteria, which may include professional background, interests, and publicly available information (including social media presence such as audience size and engagement). This information is used solely to assess event fit and anticipated contribution to the environment.

Empire Scottsdale does not make decisions on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, medical condition, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected under applicable law.

All criteria are applied in a consistent manner across applicants. Admission decisions are made at the sole discretion of Empire Scottsdale, and Empire reserves the right to accept or decline any application for any lawful, non-discriminatory reason.

Empire Scottsdale does not guarantee admission, does not maintain a waitlist, and is not obligated to provide reasoning for application decisions.
