Most offsite venues are hotel ballrooms with a coffee station in the corner. Empire is a working coworking space, so the infrastructure is already there: the Loft for the main session, a boardroom and conference rooms for breakouts, phone booths for the calls that can’t wait, and fiber internet throughout.
When the agenda wraps, the team doesn’t have to move to a second venue. The patios and lounges are a few steps away for the conversations that happen after the slides are done.

Catering by Fogo de Chão
Fogo de Chão is Empire’s official catering partner. Their team knows the building inside and out, so planning the menu, timing and service is seamless from the first call to the last course.
Professional sound & A/V
QSC CP12 loudspeakers, QSC 18-inch subwoofers, professional mixing equipment and Shure microphones, ready for keynotes, panels and live music. Wall screens with wireless connectivity throughout.
Modular staging
Stage built from 4×4-foot panels and configured to your program: 4×8 for a podium, 4×12 or 4×16 for a panel, 8×8 and larger for performances.
Seating
Folding chairs for theater, classroom or round-table layouts, set to your floor plan.

Can we hold a corporate offsite at Empire?
Yes. The Loft is set up for presentations with A/V and a stage, and the boardroom and conference rooms work as breakout spaces.
Can we book a boardroom for a single meeting?
Yes. The Seneca boardroom and the Epictetus and Aurelius conference rooms can be booked online by the hour.
Is catering available?
Yes. Fogo de Chão is our official catering partner and knows the building extremely well, so they’ll plan around your schedule.
