What are Empire Sunset Socials?
Sunset Socials a curated weekly social experience taking place every Saturday from 6PM to 8PM at Empire Scottsdale.
Attendees are affluent Scottsdale locals typically between ages 25–45.
Attendance varies by event and ranges from a few dozen attendees to upwards of a hundred attendees throughout the evening.
What we’re seeking
Ideal Sponsor Categories include
Health, wellness, beauty, fitness, aesthetic services, premium retail brands, lifestyle businesses and more.
All concepts are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Our best partners tend to already have an existing customer base, care about presentation and hospitality, and value long-term relationships over transactional marketing
Zero Fees
Rather than charging a traditional sponsorship fee, sponsors contribute in ways that enhance the experience for everyone involved.
Prize Wheel Giveaways (required)
Sponsors provide giveaway items for our event prize wheel.
Recommended minimum: $300+ total value split across at least 6 separate items
Examples: Gift cards, Service credits, Complimentary treatments, etc
Invite Your Community (required)
Sponsors are expected to invite clients, customers, colleagues, and friends to attend.
We look for sponsors capable of bringing 12+ attendees. We want quality over quantity.
The goal is mutual growth, your audience discovers Empire, our audience discovers your business
What you receive
Each sponsor is invited to participate in our event once per quarter (4 events annually). Repetition builds recognition and trust, one time activations are not effective.
